I need help with deciding on the type of account i want to have. Either obby mauler or main but i need to know which one is more fun for playing with a friend.

Get a staker, so much fun to use but if your dead set on a main or mauler get a main.

I have an account thats 70 atk 70 str 60 def with every other stat 1 also it has no quests. Idk whether to do a bunch of quests and make it my main or sell it and buy a main with the money i make + my money

don't buy a main, because most of the people get recovered. I would say work on that account of yours and make it main.
