Pretty much need a prepaid card that works with paypal(ex- visa prepaid, amex prepaid). It can have $1 left. I really don't care as long as I can hook it up to paypal.
 
I'm not going first... once you give me the code for the card, I'll check the balance to make sure it still has whatever money you said it had.
