I don't know who did what but there are indeed a lot different effects wich result in the piece looking a little bit messy. But overall you guys still did a nice job. I'm also not really aware about your past actions but from what I've seen from you you should atleast be considered for that designer rank.

I had it before when I had a bad attitude to other designers. 

It got taken away

 

now they won't give it back.
