No. It's like if I sell my account for 07 & the buyer isn't trusted nor wants to go first, we use a middle man.

 

The buyer gives the middle man the money

I give the middle man the account info

He confirms the account I'm selling is correct

Middle Man gives me the 07gp

Middle man gives the buyer the account info.
