Let scripts access break handler

When training combat and the bot wants to make a break it just keeps spam clicking the log out button, which is very obvious. I think the scripts should be able to access the break handler, so it can see when the next break will be.

 

If the script sees there's 1 minute to next break, it should be able to go to a safespot and wait till break happens, when the break is over it should walk over to the monsters again. :)
