OSBot Closes Itself!?

Featured Replies

To be clear on what actually happens:

I'm running a script. Either for 10 hours or 10 seconds, doesn't matter. I'm babysitting the bot while doing something else on the internet. All of a sudden the client closes, without me clicking anything. My internet connection does not cut off, my CPU is completely normal as I am still capable of doing other stuff than botting.

- I reinstalled JAVA - did not work

- Reinstalled OSBot - did not work

- I set the Priority for JAVA on 'High' - did not work

- I actually became a VIP to see if this resolved anything, cause people stated that the client works better for VIPs - biggest bullshit ever, but ok atleast i get 10% off scripts

- Looked into any tutorial/help desk thingy to see if anyone has a solution - did not find anything yet.

I believe someone must know the answer to this, come on people help us out here?

set jave process to high

Forgot to add to the list - done that.

TY for mentioning.

it closes randomly sometimes for me when botting

Do you see any green errors right before it closes?

I had a problem like this I resolved it by buying a new keyboard because my alt and F4 Keys were sticky and when I pressed one it'd stay down and once I pressed F4 or alt it would close. Maybe just check your keys to see if they are sticky. If that doesn't work I don't know what's wrong.

It does this for me sometimes I set my bot up last night for woodcutting then I woke up and it was still going but I fell asleep again(lol) and when I woke up about 2 hours later it was closed...

No errors never come up. I haven't done all what he did but obviously if he did it, I don't think it'll work for me.

Try deleting old scripts, and those random.dat files

Open old school runescape on your browser than run the bot

This can happen for multiple reasons:

1) Your client can close due to a leak in your CPU/Memory thus causing your computer to overload and force close the client.

2) Your connection is having difficulties connecting to the server in which you leave your PC, get logged out and then after 5 minutes the client auto shuts down if you are not logged in.

3) Your connection is having difficulties stabilizing and continues to disconnect/connect to the server, in which you go online/offline constantly, after a certain period of these events, the client automatically closes.

4) The server itself is having trouble stabilising and is either under a DDoS attack in which you cannot connect to the server and the above happens.

I hope some of this information may help, if you need anything else feel free to PM me.
