Disputed member: @strbunix (probably) or @maxstevey (less than likely)

Evidence: first of all, I bought a staker from him for $10

 

Transaction over skype with @strbunix

 

Then he tried to resell it to the same guy I sold it too, claimed by @maxstevey

 

 

 

 

He did not tell me there was a ban and I wanted a refund, but now he said hes broke.

 

He also denies there was one where the was.

 

 

 

Before I knew it had a ban, (he told me there wasnt..) i re sold it. and i had to give a refund. Sold it to @maxstevey

The acc he was selling did have the same exact stats as the one he sold to me. 

 

 

 

The acc did not show up, you can still look at the high scores with no membership... Check it for yourself. 

 

I swear right when I was giving the refund the email and the acc pass were both changed. like the same exact minute. Someone was on it when i was talking to him about the refund..It was @maxstevey he even says it it was him. He had access to the account the last second.

 

 

I need mods to advise me on this. Both seem really sketchy. What do you guys think?

well i sold you it, its true, but i didnt know the ban because i sold it 30 mins after i bought it, i can show pics of that, i was going to sell it to buy another better, i had an offer so i didnt used the account and sold it fast.

i can't refund you, im broke, just got scammed for all my money $10 PP cash, you know it

i didn't recoved it, might the seller, who sold me it got the acc right now, but dont say that was me.

The person I resold it too claimed like one hour later that there was a ban. I doubt he got bot busted in one hour. Str said he was never aware of a ban., ask he claimed. 

What are you expecting to be done?

Just for the record I have no access to any account and Cinnamon did refund me in a timely manner. Str Bunix is sketch.

There is no proof of who got the ban on the account, so nothing can be done.

 

 

(I'll leave this open for a few more hours just in case that is incorrect)
