hey guys, emm if someone already read my old post, the guy locked the account, now when i try to recover it, it say that the email got changed, but the account is stil locked

1. Jagex doesn't respond to emails that fast, check back in 24 hrs.

 

 

2. Email accounthelp@jagex.com and follow the steps they provide you to submit information about the account in order for them to get it back to you.

there's a forum specific for that but gl

You need to wait more than just 5 hours to get Jagex's respond.
