Need help with Breaks intervals

Who knows how much put time, in first line second line third line and forth line! Thanks insta. :)
e.t.c standard time. 

Interval = How long your bot will be online for until it logs off

Deviation = The change in interval, IE: Interval = 50, Deviation = 10, Bot will be online for 40-60 minutes randomly

 

Same deal for break

 

Break interval = How long the bot will break

Deviation = The change of interval, IE: You say break for 30 minutes, you say deviation = 15 mins, bot will break for 15-45 minutes randomly.
