Has all the necessities except RFD which isn't too bad as combat brace makes up for it in someways. Pretty big bank so have to account for that and now fight caves are out those CB stats are pretty good. Overall I'd say get the attack and defence to 70 so it can be used for barrows and you'll get more than 11/2mil i would think. Lack of quest points means some may devalue.
