Just for future reference, by saying latest version, it could be misleading. Some bugs may take a few days to fix and the client may have been updated a few times since then; if that is the case, "latest" won't really help the staff determine which version it was.

Try deleting both the client and the OSBot folder and redownload. See if that helps.
