Try opening the thing where you enter your account info again, sometimes it does not register the pin. Had this a few times. 

After filling in your bankpin, you have to click on another table cell to make it save. It's a stupid annoying bug and we will fix this shortly.

i add the pin but he cant enter it 

Is your Bank PIN activated or still pending? I know the PIN solver has issues with the 'pin pending' screen..
