Dear Jagex team,

despite that I play on runescape for seven years now, and i am 14 november hacked on my old school runescape account by using OSBOT. By many attempts I have my oldschool account anyway back recovered. My account is completely empties extracted and there was more than 10-20 million GP. Despite that I went looking in my account settings it is discovered that the genes that the hacked his ip has left behind. Would you guys can come up with a solution maybe a roll back to do my account on November 13, so I have my stuff back? Also here is the information of the computer that hacked my account!.
I hope to hear somthing back Thank you!

Censored internet protocol address.

OSBot doesn't store your RuneScape details on a secured server it's stored locally on your computer. There is no way that OSBot hacked your account for just "20M". Sorry for your lost but we can't help you.

P.S. I searched the internet protocol address on the database and no members were found.

Sincerely,

Peter
