I plan to make the ultimate PKER/staker. 

 

Money is not a problem so please tell me builds/stats and accounts that are very good in the arena/pk worlds.

  • Pure
  • 60-70 Attack
  • Strength 85-99
  • Defence 1
  • Prayer 45-52
  • Magic 94+
  • Range 70+

 

Depends on your PK style... I'd just follow a guide to make a pure, and pursue that. Completing all of the quests needed, and getting stats around 60-85-1, with 31/43/52 prayer, 85/94 mage and at least 85 range. Hybrids are the most fun to PK on imo. I have 60-98-1 with 99 range and 85 mage, and it's a blast especially in PvP worlds.

 

Or you could make a tank 90+ Range 70 def and 44 or 52 prayer.
