I am not sure i bought a vps from khanz and it was flagged. Are there some other solutions?

No there isn't. Other than a vps. I offer you ip switches if you suspect your flagged.

So vps is the only solution? What about vpn? What is that exactly? And can you show me your prices ad etc?
