He bought osgp's off me. He sent me the money with paypal and the trade got canceled. * It was 40$ for 14M *

Explanation:

I sold 14M for 40$ to I main shaco and I was supposed to receive the 40$ on november 14, but today, I went on paypal and saw the payment was ''canceled''.

 

I would like to get a refund in either Osgp's or paypal.
