It's not working for me as well.. It was find on Sunday.... But the past 2 days i have been having this happen to me.

I have tried what you said by Deleting the Folder and redownloading as well.

 

Are you hitting the + button to open a new bot tab? You need to open a tab to actually load the runescape client into the bot

First. update your java to the latest version. You need the jre. or java runtime environment.

Second. Delete your osbot 1.7.xx.jar file (xx will be the version you have. eg. osbot 1.7.62.jar)

Third. Delete your osbot folder making sure you save your local scripts it will be in one of these locations:

Windows XP (C:\Documents and Settings\<your user name>\)

Vista/7 (C:\Users\<your user name>\)

 

Redownload osbot 1.7.62.jar

Try running osbot again.

I have fixed my Problem, I went to the Java Webpage and ran the " Verify Java Version" to be uptdated with (Version 7 Update 45), then I ran the Remove Older Versions.
