i did first cape and he havent paid at right time we talked, so i took items as a payment and he still oves 1,5m. so i wasnt doing second cape.

So you did the first firecape, and he didn't pay on time, but he eventually did pay for the first one and then you didn't do the second one?

Because you were paid for the first one, there is no issue there.

 

You were not paid for the second one, yet, so you dropped it and scammed what he had on the account +  dropped the cape (no evidence that you actually did the service).

 

You have admitted to this, so you must refund the things you took off his account within 48 hours.

he has not refunded me anything i tried contacting him through skype with no response
