I feel like there should be some kind of stickied warning thread in the account trading section. Runescape accounts are always recoverable no matter how much information the account owner has given you. And you will have almost no chance of getting the account back if it is recovered.

 

There is definitely a substantial amount of people who think having the original email and no JAG and such helps at all, but it doesn't. It doesn't make a difference if somebody gives you all the information or none, the account will not be any safer against recovery. There should just be some sort of thread stating these things so that people are not given a false sense of security.
