I click confrim payment, and log into Paypal to send the money. It says something along the lines of 'The payment transaction cannot happen at this time' then a button saying 'return to cerchant' Why am I not able to send my money? The money is available so should be fine to pay with Yes, but often to make payments on website such as this you need a verified PayPal. (I'm 99% of this, but someone correct me if I'm wrong.)
