I have $5.20 available in PayPal, and am trying to buy the $4.99 Ankous combat script. I click confrim payment, and log into Paypal to send the money.

 

It says something along the lines of 'The payment transaction cannot happen at this time' then a button saying 'return to cerchant'

 

Why am I not able to send my money?

Yes, but often to make payments on website such as this you need a verified PayPal.

(I'm 99% of this, but someone correct me if I'm wrong.)

I don't think you have to have a verified paypal to purchase scripts on this site, it's probably a different issue. I know there's a limit on sending money if you have it unverified so that's probably it.

You need a verified PayPal account to make transactions, You can recive money into that account but to spend it you need to have verified that account.

With unverfied pp acc you are not able to recieve money..
