For the combats such stuff as :

Plenty of food (I just use around 2k trout on my own accs)

Armour such as full iron, mithril, rune.

From there also scimmys preferably iron, mithril, rune.

 

Ranged ofcourse arrows of any choosing that you want to use, ontop of that as many arrows as you can provide, ontop of the appropriate armour/bow.
