Carbon Host is really good. UNTIL you want to cancel the service then they do EVERYTHING in their power to stop you.

but since their vps' are Runescape based, they'd be pre-flagged?

I got gold farm ban on the first accs that I made (had 2 vps')so I think that most of their IPs are flagged, maybe all. Got gold farm'd on first offense on a linked-hosting vps which was unexpected, hard to know which VPS providers that don't have flagged IPs.
