Randomly banked my stuff again, from what i can see it's an issue with banking. Perhaps you should do a full re-gear after a specific time of being totally idle?

whats xp p/h with 70/70/70?

I  get around 57k xp range a hour with full arma armabow and addy bolts @ 91 range

Is there any way you could get it working for dh with the absorption potions.

No, not unless you can describe how to do it in detail. When I tried, I couldn't use rock cake because the hits get absorbed.

Well the way I do it is bring mostly absorption and ovls with 2 or 3 prayer potions and use prayer while I get down to 2hp with the rock cake then take the absorption potions and when the potion is done im usually about 10 hp so I put my prayer back on and get back to 2hp then repeat.

ive noticed how the bug works with the banking all the gear its a missclick when trying to scroll down in bank it clicks a little below.

For specs? I don't have much experience with training range; what do you mean specs? Do you mean using the addy xbow normally, and then switch to magic bow for special? Or what?

I started using DH at 80att/str, and was getting ~65k xp/hr, but you'll just have to test and see.

I've never done nightmare zone but, can you use the points to buy stuff from the rewards shop to sell, and does it pay off your p pots/dh fixes?

Yes, you use points to buy rewards. How many points you get per prayer potion, and therefore if you're profitable depend on your level. I'd say once you're around 85/85, you start breaking even. I'm currently getting about 650k points per 19 prayer pots with 90/90, which usually gets me a small profit.

the arma cross bow has a spec attack that hits more often then normal.
