I created a fairly simple and quick guide on my clans forums, thought I would share it on here aswell.

 

If you wish to take a screenshot of your screen/desktop or what ever is on your screen use the "Prt Scrn" key , Skip to Step 5 and proceed on
The guide may look long but its actually quite simple and quick

First off the easiest way to take screen shots is using the Orion client downloadable at RsBuddy.com,
You must make an account and register using a valid email before you can use Orion

All the pictures in this guide have been uploaded using this method.

Download puush or gyazo do it instantly

 

I have puush but swiftkit or orion are nice for taking screenshots during pking without having to copy the push links constantly
