Explanation: I bought an account off her for some Paypal money. 

 

She charged back the membership fees resulting in my account being frozen and having negative JCoins.

This is what happened: When I make the accounts I use the recruit a friend method (2 accounts for the cost of 1). When I sell the accounts, I usually sell them in pairs (recruited account and recruiter ).If the recruited account gets banned, the recruiter gets frozen and loses membership etc. I think I sold you 2 random accounts (not a pair). Your account got frozen because the recruited account got some kind of a ban (The recruited account was sold to some random dude).

Hello I didn't know that was possible, and some people on the IRC told me that it only happens because someone charged back. For compensation I would like a new account and 2.5M 07, (the value that was on the account as it was frozen) thanks.

Sms can be charge backed, but since sms' are not allowed here, I don't use those.

My offer is a new account + 1m 07, because you do not have any proof that the account had 50k+ flax.
