IS osbot down because my client isnt loading the runescape login page.

 

it says 

 

client injection complete

loading client...

 

Then it never loads so im just wondering whats wrong if it is down or what.

No the bot is up running, all theese 100+ threads about saying bot is down is for laughs, come on man, didn't you know that? What a mysterium you got there with that client failing to load... Hmm if just someone knew what could be wrong... :(
