Nah I created 4 accs already, on 5th it gave me this error (I always need to resend email because first one never sends)

 

Unless I can play on the account without email registered

Login to RS3 with the account and click resend verification. No limit through that method, although it is a bit slower.

Yea its probably another method to stop mass creation of goldfarm accounts, although i have never had this problem... hmm weird stupid jagex
