Best to get a dedicated server, just tell him there will be a high load of 8.00+

Specs of home grade CPU not Server CPU

BUT that is an excellent CPU and you should run a lot of bots.

Why goldfarm when you're going to get banned anyways. Jagex's bot detection system is way ahead of scripts/ the client.

not really.. i have been running on green drags 5 days in a row now, with breaks on , using vpn havent been banned .. its all about the place you bot, and the reports you get and the breaks you take, well thats my experience with it m8 :)

i once had 3 bots running 1 for green drags, 2 for al kharid ..

in 3 days suddenly the al kharid bots got banned but the one at green drags didnt get logged out.. i guess that proves that its about the place where you farm :)

I never really understood vps/cloud/server botting

Do you upload your bot to a cloud/server that has it's own ram and cpu and run your bot there?

Or is it technically still on your pc using system resources..

Cause if i could save space and cpu life i would in a second, i do hard stuff on my cpu, i need to give it a break

It's a remote CPU and all calculations and everything happens on the cloud/VPS/dedi nothing happens on your home PC.

Virtual servers are not your best bet for hosting a bot farm (if that is your intentions) you would be better off buying a dedicated server, if you have the money of course.

yeah im buying the dedicated server now.. i read a little about it.. and as far as i understood was that vps is shared with other clients, while dedicated is all for yourself.. correct me if im wrong :).

VPS's are like user accounts on your home PC BUT they're isolated from each other have separate IP's and can't read each other files.

You're right, a VPS has a main server, that main server is basically a dedicated server, virtual servers share memory, hdd, etc from the main server, but is limited. Each host has availability up to x amount of clients, each client has it's own unique MAC and IP address, even though you can't access the other users on your virtual server, they are still there sharing the resources.

Those aren't the same.. at all.
