My question was are we allowed to use the OSBot on a VPS? Also, are we limited as to how many clients we can have running at the same time from one computer?

I believe the license is one per account, until you get VIP then it's till as much as your cpu supports

You are allowed to bot on any computer you have access/permission to do so
