What's poppin'? Just thought I'd let ya all know that I'll be answering your fitness related questions (dieting, routines etc). I feel like there's a need for a thread like this since most of you seem clueless. 

 

About me:

I'm 19 years old and been lifting for 5 years. Currently bulking to around 100 kg, I weigh 95-96 in the morning atm and I'm 6'2". I used to be a "bro" and believe in all the crap that's common in magazines etc but it all changed about 1.5-2 years ago and I've been reading a lot of research about nutrition & exercise science. I've also watched youtubers who don't talk BS like icecreamfitness and some others. I've then processed their information and done tons of trial & error but now I've finally come up with the right routine for me and I know my macronutrient needs to gain weight/lose weight each day. And I can tell you, the most people are doing something far less optimal for them than they think even though they might make good gains. Due to my knowledge, I will surpass almost every drug-free lifter in both mass and strength even though I've got bad genetics for lifting (low testo, leg length discreprancy, uneven hands/feet/ribs). Oh and btw, umad? I will be sickening in like 2 years. 

Measurements;

Waist: 34 inches

Arms: 16 inches

Chest: 49 inches

Neck: 18 inches

Thighs: 26 inches

Calves: 17½ inches

95-96kg/ 6'2" master race.

Some pics, and yeah, I know that my arms/delts are lacking but that's just a genetic weakpoint. My back is fking huge aswell as my legs and calves.

Nice nice nice! I am mirin' actually. Not bad for a gamer! Should work on that tan though :P and biceps/delts. Leg game is on point. Chest and abs are good.

thanks, and yes I'm quite pale but will work on the tan. Will try to have these measurements next summer, except a 2 inch decrease on my waist. Will probably add 3-4 lbs of muscle over the next few months while going  up to 220 lbs and then cut down to 200 ish. Fuuuark, I'm srsly starting to mire my own ab insertions. Might update my progress if anyone wants me to.

Eat less carbs and do lots of running. Stay away from processed foods and sodas. And try to avoid greasy food!
