WIthout proof he can not accuse me that he gave me money although he did not.

So if he has not got any video or screenshot of trade this dispute shold be solved instantly.

Correct, he should include evidence that the trade took place. Bob Barker, do you have any screenshots/videos of the accepted trade which includes his Runescape Username? You can PM me it if you feel like not sharing your/his Runescape name and information.

However I find this a bit fishy, let's say he didn't trade you : why did you delete him on Skype while being in a trade/planning to have a trade?

We had an argument in which he wanted me to go first regardless what he said in beggining. 

So he wanted me to put at least something money on PP before he would give me money.

I said I will not go first and when he said he will not go aswell I just threw him out and blocked him because I did not want to have anything with this person any more.

So because he did not get what he wanted he just put me negative feedback instead...

Incorrect, you agreed to accepting 7,5M, paying , then receive the other half. You even said where to meet and confirmed you were with him ingame.

How can you explain this?

Like I said: he started to complicate there and wanted me to go first.

Add does he have proofs that he gave me money?

Bob Barker does not have any proof that the trade took place.

If he did scam you : I am very sorry for your loss but there can't be anything done without solid proof.

I advise you to take screenshots - if not record your screen - in the future to avoid such situations.
