The amount of randoms you get is based off how much experience you're getting. So if you're sitting at a bank low alching, you wouldn't get as many randoms in the same amount of time as if you were high alching.

Makes sense. I'm barbarian fishing and its 60k+ /hr so maybe thats why :P I thought Jagex were watching my account more or something and that would be why I got more randoms
