Assuming you have java installed, since you do play runescape, you need to find your java install directory. It might be in either Program Files, or Program Files (x86). Look in either of those folders, and inside should be your Java folder. Great, you've found it.

The reason your OSBot.jar is being associated as a .rar/.zip file is because that's pretty much what a jar file is, but it can be executed using java.

Right click on your OSBot.jar file and select Properties. A small window should pop up, you'll see some general info there such as "type of file", "opens with", etc. Click on the 'Change' button, find the Java folder you found earlier to associate it with java as follows:

Java > jre7 > bin > javaw

Double click javaw, click OK on the properties window and you should be all set. Try running the OSBot.jar again and it should open up the bot client.

or open internet explorer hit, save as, then save as osbot---.jar change the .zip, to .jar

and chose the bottem dropdown thingy under the text box to rename the file to "All files"

Ooh he was using internet explorer i guess. Yeah, IE changes the file extension to .zip. Do what Nick said.

Pro tip: Stop using internet explorer and be part of the google chrome or mozilla firefox master race
