Luckily, it is only a 2-day ban, but I fear that they will be watching me closely from now on. Will they be watching me closely, what should my next course of action be?

Change your IP. Only thing you can do. The next ban will be a perma ban...

This is quite common.

The normal procedure is

1st Ban: 2 Day Temp

2nd Ban: Perm, and yes they watch you more closely afaik.

 

My advise is always, if you care about the account, don't bot on it for 2 weeks or more before risking it again.

Or if you don't care too much about it, YOLO.

Change my IP? Is there a guide on how to do this without affecting other members of my network. (In my house) Possibly a program? I have never tried it before.

It's my main so I think i'm going to take all precautions possible to avoid the permanent ban. But hey, it's just a game.

I got banned too, today.

All I botted was Pest Control for full void and agility. Still didn't get my 70 agility. <-< Ah well.

If you care about your account and spent time and effort making it. Don't bot it but if it's just a mule account for botting, then bot it.

​They have other means of detecting bots, I don't know how but I always baby sit my bot when in public places so I can reply back etc... So there is no chance of anyone reporting me...Last night I was botting cursing in fight caves and I was banned when I woke up. 2 day ban. lol I'm still gonna bot 24/7 even after because I don't give a shit because if I can't bot 94 mage there is no point in me playing anyway.

try hidemyass, seems like a good way to change IP's.
Atleast from what I've heard.
Or just get a cheap vps so you dont have to keep your computer running.

can change your I.p by calling up your internet service provider and asking them make up a reason why u need it changed dont say because u are a runescape botter lol
