i used it 1 day and i got banned immediately , it says ur account is disabled, and when i go to account management is says 1 day banned, but it happened yesterday 4 hours ago and im still banned and it doesnt say how long, all it says is banned for 1 day.

Please... You know how much information it would consume to record all that information? It would take more bandwidth than the current information being transferred.
