Explanation:

 

d3vilsfist posed as ObvlionRage in order for me to trust him as a seller.

 

d3vilsfist mentioned he was selling 07 GP in chatbox. I opened a private chatbox chat with him. We agreed he would sell 75M 07 @ 2.2 USD / M.

• I asked for a link to vouch thread; he linked me to OblivionRage's Vouches (see link 2)
  
• I directly asked him to confirm he was OblivonRage once more; he confirmed (see link 3)
  
• I chatted to the real OblivionRage on Skype to confirm I was talking to an imposter (see link 1)
