'no passwords filled in' but using jagex launcher to launch script on 3.1.8

I have my jagex account linked to client correctly i think, but when i select account from jagex launcher and click run script it says this in the image below.

Any advice to tell me what im doing wrong would be helpful, I have purchased many scripts and cant run anything. It shows the account selected in drop down menu with the rsn and in parenthesis it says (Jagex) meaning launcher, not legacy. Please help...

From your accounts tab you clicking launch on the jagex acc?
