Failed to login to Jagex Account - bot management

Hello, I have tried everything, I have java 8 installed but when I open Bot management and try to add a jagex launcher account, it just gives the error "Failed to login to Jagex account" 

 

Can someone help me with this? I have VIP and the bot management subscription.

But is your password correct? Or can you show the error you're getting?
