Don't bot for periods of time that you wouldn't do in person.

Just don't bot on it, play it legit. You're lucky you got two days and not a perm-ban.

It's not known if you're monitored more after a 2-day ban. But to be safe I'd wait a bit and then bot with breaks.

3 Options: 

 

1. Don't bot - 100% Safe

 

2. Bot with breaks, and only during the time you would actually play. 

 

3. Bot stupid and receive a permanent ban.

well i can tell you that after my first 3 accounts got banned with two day bans and i made a private script i been botting them with breaks ever since and havent gotten a ban yet and its been a month and a half

i got a 2 day ban stopped botting for like a month then 3-4 days later i was perm banned might as well play leggit if you don't wonna loose you're account.

never bot for more then 8 hours at a time, bot 8 stop for 8 and repeat

Tru dat.  I would change your IP if you are going to bot again and be sure to bot only 4-6 hrs a day, with breaks every now and then.
