After logging out just before the update and the bot failing to work after, I decided to check on my account on the actual client. Logged in for a second and was disconnected and was given the message 'account disabled'. Has anybody else experienced this? Luckily it is only a 2 day ban.

nahh i havent, how often do u bot? do u have breaks? ive never been banned on any account i intend to use for actual game play and i have bot on all day everyday but set breaks on for 30-50minutes every 120 minutes, done about 80m exp never been banned

Another topic where no details of what he/she was doing prior to ban lol. Wouldn't be surprising if you botted for like 10 hours without a break or it broke in a random and sat there like an idiot.

 

Please don't make posts like this simply stating you get banned because it may frighten some people as in Jagex going on a bot busting spree stopping them from botting.

 

If you break properly and often (ie "canthackit"'s method) then you should be fine. Stop suicide botting and getting banned it's your own fault.

 

If you just so happened got caught by a jmod then good fight, its unfortunate but happens.

looooool i just got a 2 day ban aswell on my main account as soon i logged bam logged out wasn't far from maxed main i guess botting has come to an end for me. fuck jagex

Yeah thats kind of the fact that you were logged out from the rs update. Most likely didn't log in during the time the bot was down. Then when the bot was back up you were logged back in. That screams obvious bot! You have to make sure you log in during when the bot is down to secure that you are not a bot.

 

Jagex knows when the bot will be down tbh.

You were probably reported before the update and they reviewd the reports just after the update....

 

Or they just ran into you while doing a round.

I was baby sitting and when I sas the 10 minute system update warning I logged off. I'm at school so I haven't been able to check on them...hopefully they aren't banned.

Um... so I was debating whether to share how I'm getting around bans with my two new accts i've been grinding hardcore. 

 

If I leave them overnight, I don't bot constantly. I set a level goal, then estimate how long thats gonna take. 3-4 more hours. I set the interval to like 180-240 minutes, interval deviation to 2 minutes, and break for like 20 hours. That way, it'll log out after a few hours and if you run out of items ( like you're fletching), your bot won't just jerk off and sit there. It also won't just jerk off and sit there if it glitches out. No more 10 hour proggies at 1xp/hr.

Got a few this morning too, kinda sucks, spent like 80$ ish on membs for like 30-40 accounts, 3 days in and i have a handful left, with like 40-50M, barely broke even.

I had only been botting for 6 hours with breaks every 120 mins.
