I have an account that I use a bot so I don't have to do beginner stuff again, not trying to be that grindy so thought I would let a bot do it. Great. 

 

I go to log into another account, that I do not want botted, and every time I go to open the game it just goes back to opening OSBOT and does not let me play normally. What do I need to do? 

 

I already deleted all OSBOT files, and it still is opening when I click to play with RuneLite. 

Yep, sounds like you've patched your client to OSBot.

Try opening the origin OSBot.jar file, click the "Patch client" button and then unpatch your game client.
