Up until this point we had just been discussing how we would complete the transaction etc.

Explanation:

 

He agreed to sell me the account for 30m 07gp, due to myself not currently owning an account and having no where to store the 07gp we agreed that I would send him the money via Paypal so he could purchase it. After I sent the money he said he would give me the details for the account once he has purchased the gold, shortly after that he logged off and deleted me off skype and has been ignoring me ever since.

 

He has sent me one message since the incident stating; http://gyazo.com/576c6660707128353bfd96a01ad53ec8, However has not replied after that.
