You could always buy it with rsgp from a vendor.

This is a conveinent option rather than using Paypal to ultimately by the script. Many users on OSBot sell vouchers for OSRSGP so you can go ahead and contact them.

you can get someone to sell you an osbot voucher for rsgp, but you can very easily create a PayPal account, and link your creditcard(if you have one) or your bank account to it.
