Briefly explain the trade:

Basically, I was selling Simon 1.5M for 10$. He asked if he could have the gold first and he would pay me the following day, I was okay with this as I didn't really need the money. 

It has now been about 3 days. I haven't heard from Simon, I have chat-logs, but I don't find it necessary to post unless you really need them.

He left a vouch in my vouch thread stating the trade and the situation, as well as showing I even sent him the gold first. So admins can check that.

How they scammed: I fronted him 1.5M, was supposed to pay me 2 days ago. No appearence on Skype. ALTHOUGH he has been online on OSbot..

 

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor:  He left a vouch.

I'm actually surprised, I'm sure something has come up, give him another day or two.

Well it's the fact that he's ignored my PM's.

If he had responded and had let me know what was going on we wouldn't be here right now.

I trusted Nightmare with a one month pin ($10), didn't think he'd do something like this.

You need good evidence.

 

Evidence is everything.

Put a picture of him ignoring the pm's. skype messages not replyed to. Ect.

This trade took place on the 1st.

I can confirm that's his skype, not sure what happened to this guy, why he'd scam for a small amount of money. Wish you best of luck this will get resolved in your benefit.
