ive seen a few people that have bought guides of one kind or another that did not live up to the claims for one reason or another.  While they may add a  T.O.S. that states absolutely no refunds, if the guide does not do what they claim or has more time and quest required than stated false advertising should be enough to start a dispute and get a refund however it is not.  My suggestion when buying anything write your own T.O.S. and have the seller agree.

 

EG if i were purchasing a guide

 

TOS

 A complete refund will be given within 5 days of the transaction if ______ guide does not live up to the claims posted including:

1. __gp/hr

2. requirements achievable in ___/hours

3. no combat require

4. _____

 

replace 1-4 with what you are meant to expect from the guide

this is just an example but have the seller pm them to you and add i agree.  This should help to protected someone selling bs then claiming u accepted the tos no refunds

This is a good idea, but the sale of guides has been prohibited.
