Getting a job isnt instantaneous unless you are personal frends with the owner of the store.  Plus its the end of september/beginning of october no one is hiring right at this moment really until the end of october for the holiday season. Even then, it can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks to land a job. Sometimes longer, submit application > wait 1-3 weeks > get interview > another week > find out if you get the job.

why not get a job sooner? honestly seems some one needed a story to not get banned.  Otherwise if your mom has/had cancer i would hope you would have/be looking for a job rather than waiting tell last minute and trying to hustle kids online then rage quitting because you got caught.  Don't understand how people are so quick to take some ones word who just lied/stole.  Call me cold-hearted but it seems to me your either extremely irresponsible, a lair, or both.  try not to cry over a scammer leaving the community regardless of there sob story.

I'm 16, and everywhere around me requires 18 and older. There's a Sonic, but you can only apply during my school hours. I live in a tiny town, that is slowly slowly getting bigger.. If I could get a job I could, but obviously I couldn't or else I wouldn't have done this.

I would own up to what I did, I'm very respectful and honest, ask any of my friends on here.

And don't pull the "Obviously your not honest" card on me.

If the story is true and you did this for your mom's cancer, I don't blame you, i'm not saying you're lying but this is hard to take in, I personally believe you though.

It really sucks for it to go down this way but I would of spotted you the money in a heartbeat, it would of been no big deal as I can understand how you'd probably do anything for your mom. As for the accused blackmailer, that shit isn't right if he knew everything that was going on, I personally would of done the same.
