He obviously failed the service by training strength and getting clue scrolls.
The deal was to get 1-70 ranged in 1 week (with the hp levels) for 2 mil 07 gp, NOTHING ELSE.
He still wants some sort of a payment, which I decided not to pay. I also attached the whole conversation as a text file.

You will not have to pay him anything due to him failing to follow the agreement and not finishing in time.
