Basically.. I buy a guide he tells me so many lies about the guide to get me to cough up my money, I'd like a refund of $15. 

Sadly by buying the guide you accept his T.O.S, it is stated no refunds whatsoever so sadly you will have to abide by his terms and you will not receive a refund.
