HELP! Osbot Trouble Logging in on Mac

Featured Replies

Hey guys, I am currently using a Macbook Pro and running on Java 6. I continuously download the newest versions of OSBot and once the client loads, I click on the "Signed Out" option to log on. Once i enter my account information, i click login and nothing happens. This has been occurring with every version i download. PLEASE HELP! Thank You.

There are 2 possible fixes for this.

Let me tell you the easiest one. Fingers crossed.

1. Delete everything according to OSBot.

To find the folder on mac:

To start out, open up finder

Then click on Go and then hold the Option key which will show the hidden Library tab. Click on it.

Make sure you are looking through your user. Then find the Osbot folder.

Just delete that whole map + client.

2. Re-download everything at the home page (scroll down bottom right corner)

3. Try to open it and sign in again.

Tell me if it worked.

Ugh no man didn't work idk what to do now...

As I said there were 2 fixes. If the first one didn't work it's your Java.

Your Mac's Operating System is not being compatible with the updated Java versions.

Amazingly, Apple themselves have written specific Java software to suit your iMac OS! Use the link below and download the correct applet for your OS.

View the list of downloads yourself:

http://support.apple.com/downloads/#Java

If you're running on an OS x Snow Leopard 10.6.8, then you should install the following:

Java for Mac OS X 10.6 Update 16

If you're running on the newer OS x versions (2013), then you should install the following:

Java for OS X 2013-004

If you're running on a 10.4 OS x version, then you should install the following:

Java for Mac OS X 10.4, Release 9

Install the CORRECT one and re start the client.

Answer me if it worked or not! Please quote my message next time :)
